Fiinovation implements CSR Project with People's Forum

Fiinovation, a top global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability consultancy has entered into a partnership with People's Forum, along with a Public Limited Company in the business of manufacture of Calcined Petroleum Coke, for a social welfare intervention on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) components in Paradip. People's Forum is a non-profit organisation that works in sectors including women and child development, health and sanitation, livelihood and agriculture. Google “ Jai Jawan Jai Kisan ” was the slogan given by our second Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri in 1965 at a public gathering to cheer farmers to do their best to increase the production of food grains. The former PM strongly believed that soldiers and farmers are the backbones of Indian society and the nation needs to respect them and take care of their issues. It was reported that between 1995 and 2014 approx. 2,96,438 farmers committed suicide in India due to their deteriorating condition and the situation is still not under the control.
